The Buyer acknowledges being informed about the essential specifications, sale price, payment method, delivery terms, and the right of withdrawal regarding the goods/services, confirming this information electronically before placing an order. The preliminary notification and invoice available on www.bazarturki.com are integral parts of this Agreement.

Article 3 – Date of the Agreement

This Agreement, prepared in two copies and pre-signed by the Seller, is accepted by the Buyer on [date], with one copy sent to the Buyer's email address.

Article 4 – Delivery of Goods or Services, Place of Performance, and Delivery Method

The goods/services will be delivered to [recipient] at the address [delivery address] as specified by the Buyer.

Article 5 – Delivery Expenses and Execution

Delivery expenses are borne by the Buyer unless the Seller has announced on its website that delivery charges for purchases exceeding a specified amount will be covered by the Seller or offered free delivery as part of a campaign. Delivery is executed promptly, subject to stock availability and after the payment is credited to the Seller's account. The Seller delivers the goods/services within 30 days from the order date, reserving the right to extend this period by an additional 10 days with written notice. If payment is not made or is reversed for any reason, the Seller is released from the obligation to deliver the goods/services.

Article 6 – Representations and Warranties of the Buyer

The Buyer agrees to inspect the goods/services upon delivery and not accept items that are damaged, defective, or improperly packaged. Goods/services accepted are considered undamaged and in good condition. The Buyer is responsible for the careful maintenance of the goods/services after delivery. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods/services must be unused, and the invoice must be returned. If, after delivery, the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the Seller due to unauthorized use of the Buyer's credit card without the Buyer's fault, the Buyer must return the goods/services to the Seller within 3 days, with delivery costs borne by the Buyer.

Article 7 – Representations and Warranties of the Seller

The Seller is responsible for delivering the goods/services in perfect condition, in accordance with the order specifications, and with any necessary warranty certificates and user manuals. If the goods/services are to be delivered to a third party designated by the Buyer, the Seller is not liable if the third party refuses acceptance. Upon receiving a withdrawal declaration, the Seller refunds payments within 10 days and accepts the return of goods/services within 20 days. For justified reasons, the Seller may supply goods/services of equal quality and price before the contractual performance period expires. If performance becomes impossible, the Seller informs the Buyer before the period expires and refunds payments within 10 days. For goods/services sold with warranty certificates, defective items may be sent to the Seller for necessary repairs under warranty conditions, with delivery expenses covered by the Seller.
