WHAT'S IN THE CAPSULE OF St. John's Wort
St. John's Wort is a perennial herb. It has been used in many herbal medicines for over 2000 years. There are many clinical studies on the active ingredient hypericin in its content. The genus Hypericum belongs to the Clusiaceae family and the Hypericaceae subfamily. It also covers about 400 species in the world.
It is an annual or biennial herbaceous plant. It is 30-80 cm high and hairless. When the leaves are held up to the light, oily spots appear as dots. The name Binbirdelik comes from this. They are indispensable plants of alternative medicine. It is popularly known as Binbirdelik or Mayasıl grass.
Other important components found in the above-ground parts of St. John's Wort are; tannins, essential oils and amino acids.
The centaury plant, which can be easily grown in many parts of the world, can grow spontaneously, especially in forest areas, fields, roadsides and rural areas. St. John's Wort oil is obtained from St. John's Wort plant. St. John's Wort plant is also known as "yeast grass", "sword grass" and "sheepskin".

John's Wort CAPSULE USAGE RECOMMENDATION
For adults over 11 years old, it is recommended to take one capsule twice a day, preferably before or after meals.
